Open Meeting and roll call <br /> Chairman Riley called the meeting to order at 1:O1pm. <br /> Present: Dan Riley,Mike Segroves,Andrew Eliason,Jennifer McLarnon, Christopher <br /> Nelson <br /> David DelVecchio, Chris Ball, Mike DiGiano, Sam Patterson, and Art Gaylord were also <br /> present. <br /> 2. Minutes: <br /> a. Approve February 23,2021 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Motion: Mr.Eliason moved to approve the minutes with corrections,Mr. <br /> Nelson seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0-0 motion passed <br /> 3. Comments from Town Manager's Office,concerning Comcast negotiations.N/A <br /> 3. David DelVecchio will report on any IT updates. <br /> Mr. DelVecchio said he made a math error at the last meeting regarding the funding of a <br /> line item that exceeded the budget. That item will be coming out of some other CIP <br /> funding. No other updates at this time other than planning long range for the sewer <br /> project, dealing with the IT connectivity of the water treatment facility. <br /> Mr.Nelson asked if we're discussing putting in dark fiber capabilities to those new <br /> buildings,Mr. DelVecchio said they've done the leg work to have that available, but <br /> depends if it will be funded at this point. Mr.Nelson asked how as a board,we express <br /> the level of importance to the Selectmen. Mr. Riley said entering it into the minutes is the <br /> first step, and then asking Wayne Taylor the next time he's at a meeting. <br /> Mr.Nelson suggested we request to speak at a Board of Selectmen meeting. Ms. <br /> McLarnon said she supports Mr.Nelson's idea. <br />
