Mr. Willard <br /> seconded the motion. The revisions included the addition <br /> of a community roor-1.as requested in a I tter previously drafted and approved by this Committee. <br /> Mr. Lehrer noted that the updated plans showed the community room as well as elevations of the <br /> redesigned buildings. No other design revisions were made. In <br /> previous developments, such as in Dennis, POAH added solar panels later, often through the use <br /> of other funding sources. <br />
