The public is <br /> also invited to submit questions or comments to the Town Planner at�;IehLerprnastpeL-mq.qgv. All <br /> correspondence will be forwarded to the Board and presented at the next Planning Board meeting. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Chairman introduced new Board Secretary Chrissy MacDonald. Mr. <br /> Phelan also welcomed Ed Pesce, Consulting Engineer. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES-April 21, 2021 <br /> There were no comments regarding the minutes. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the minutes. Ms.Waygan seconded the motion. All <br /> voted unanimously to accept the minutes. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Update on ongoing projects from Consulting Engineer Ed Pesce <br /> Mr. Pesce was excited to be present and is grateful for being selected. He acknowledged having a good <br /> discussion with former Town Engineer, Charles Rowley and Town Planner, Evan Lehrer prior to his first <br /> construction site visit.
