Minutes of Meeting <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, November 17, 2020 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 71"his facility will be maned 24 hours, 7 days a week by a third party company. There will be <br /> a new backup generator as required by code. The security team has been in contact with tile <br /> Chief of Police, and will go over the security plan in a more private setting. <br /> Scott Carline <br /> Scott asked the following questions; <br /> 1. Who the contact person is for the security? Russel Adams is the contact person. <br /> 2. Who is the third party? buss stated that there will be 24 hour security with the <br /> possibility of a private company to man it, versus their own employees. <br /> 3. Flow many employees in the building at one time? Russ said; there are no more than <br /> twelve (12) people. <br /> Scott would like to have a discussion with the applicants at another time. Scott had no more <br /> comments or questions. <br /> Tom Rollo: <br /> 'rom asked the following questions; <br /> I. It's already established that the building will be sprinkled, and follow Chapter 38 of <br /> the CMR, <br /> 2, Fire Protection Engineer to provide their details. <br /> 3. The current building is sprinkled, but could not see can the plan where the FDC was <br /> located. Frank said; it is located near the sprinkler room. <br /> 4. 'I"he applicant would like to discuss the new location of the FDC, and the turning <br /> radius information. Tom has an open schedule, and would like to schedule a separate <br /> meeting. <br /> 5. Ventilation system questions. There are a lot of concerns from the Fire Department <br /> that is also Linder Chapter 38. <br /> 6. Does the building have a basement? The applicant said; the existing building is slab <br /> on grade. <br /> Tom had no more questions. <br /> Glen Harrington <br /> Tight tank detail.The tight tank has to be double-walled construction. If concrete will <br /> be used ACME precast has a detail which is a 1500 gallon tank inside of 2500 <br /> concrete tank with an alarm and floats in between the two tanks that meet the <br /> requirements of 314 CMR 18 for an in ground industrial non-hazardous,holding tank. <br /> 2 <br />
