(Tabled) <br /> • Administrative Approval -87 Hooppole Road: request change of wildflower meadow mix footprint. <br /> Peter Hanson from Peter Hanson Design presented plans for what was previously approved for <br /> mitigation. Agent said he's had a couple onsite visits with Dale McKay and looked at alternatives to <br /> the square footprint to something more aligned with the vegetative buffer/mitigation. The square <br /> footage is not changing,just the footprint. Mr. Sweet said it looks more natural. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to approve the administrative approval for 87 Hoophole Road, Mr. <br /> Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 William T. & Kathleen M. Humphrey, 29 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction'of single-family dwelling with attached garage, landscaping/hardscaping <br /> modifications and mitigation plantings. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering presented plans to demolish and reconstruct <br /> existing dwelling. Agent had a few clarification questions: regarding the driveway layout, was <br /> there any looking into incorporating the driveway/garage into the portion of the house to avoid <br /> additional clearings? Mr. Borselli said yes, early on. The floorplan of the house, that bump out <br /> is a bedroom, so it didn't lend itself to a connecting garage in that location and the owner is <br /> trying to put the garage in a place where it didn't block the facade of the house from the road. <br /> Mr. Sweet commented if you're going to walk outside anyway...Agent asked what are the <br /> invasive species to be removed? Mr. Borselli said he can get that information for you. There is <br /> some briar in there they were looking to replace with shrubs. They can look at altering that. <br /> Agent talked about bylaws regarding lawn close to coastal bank. Mr. Borselli answered <br /> they're removing a patio and wanted to replace it with something other than shrubs. He said <br /> they're open to suggestions. Agent said anything but grass, Katelyn Cadoret commented a <br /> different kind of ground cover. Agent said plans in the past included mitigation area, but it's <br /> better to have a detail mitigation plan in place when you first come to the Commission. Mr. <br />
