Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> COMMUNICATIONS and CORRESPONDENCE No update <br /> REPORTS <br /> • MCGAC donor link and community garden documents added to web page The donor link is <br /> now up to date. <br /> • Garden demolition by Lawrence Lynch Corporation An invoice was submitted for 9883.50, <br /> Ms. Scharfenberg will figure out who to send that to. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> • Cape Cod Community Garden Network update No update <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> • Updated Community Garden reconstruction schedule with timelines and responsible parties <br /> Ms. Checkovich put together a schedule for the group to review and discuss the timeline of <br /> new garden tasks and who will perform them. Key points of the discussion were: to <br /> communicate with Catherine Laurent about various tasks/contracts; determine what <br /> happened to the soil they took out; the grading of the new garden; tree removal; working <br /> with Americorp; find out where to purchase various materials; and signage. It was agreed to <br /> determine which things require approval from the Town Manager, and to bring them to him <br /> for approval all at once, so as not to waste his time. <br /> • AmeriCorps application for help with garden beds construction Ms. Scharfenberg brought <br /> the Americorp application for the group to discuss page by page. Two weeks after the <br /> application is submitted, Americorp comes out to do an assessment. It was decided to request <br /> a crew of 12 people from Americorp to do the majority of the heavy labor involved with the <br /> 1 <br />
