Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ron Bonvie, Scott <br /> Goldstein, Norman J. Gould, Associate Members, Sharon Sangeleer, George <br /> Ganzenmuller,and Charlie Reidy were present.Building Commissioner,David Morris was <br /> also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take public comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 15 Herring Gull Road: Owner,Southworth Mashpee Properties,LLC requests a Variance <br /> under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws to reduce the minimum <br /> lot area from 40,000 sq. ft. to 32,181 sq. ft., on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br /> Map 76 Parcel 125,Mashpee,MA. (Continued from May 12,2021 hearings at the request <br /> of the Attorney). <br /> Sharon read a letter dated June 9, 2021 from Attorney McElhinney requesting a <br /> continuance until Wednesday, June 23, 2021. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the continuance request. Mr. Gould <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> Chairman Furbush stepped down from this hearing. Sitting on this hearing is Associate, <br /> Sharon Sangeleer and the four regular Board members. <br /> 126 Summersea Road: Owners, Thomas F. Brennan and Patricia A. Brennan request a <br /> Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and replace of a <br /> non-conforming three bedroom single family residential structure with a new code <br /> compliant three bedroom residence, on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map <br /> 105 Parcel 54, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the raze and replace petition.Also present was Denise <br /> Bonoli,Architect. Mr. Kirrane provided the Board with his written presentation, a site plan <br /> of the lot, and photographs of the neighboring homes. The lot itself is a non-conforming <br /> lot given its size and frontage. The building that exists on the lot is also non-conforming as <br /> shown on the site plan. <br /> 1 <br />
