MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 9, 2021 <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr.Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Variance to Arthur Burdick of 47 Quaker <br /> Run Road and 7 Brown Terrace under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for construction of a 26 ft. by 34 ft. detached garage on property located <br /> in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 90 Parcel 43, Mashpee,MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Proposed Garage: Prepared for 47 Quaker Run Road, Mashpee, MA., Scale: 1" _ <br /> 20', Date: April 16, 2021, Prepared by: F.W. Westgate & Associates, Surveyors, <br /> Engineers, Land Planners, 189 R Main St., Wareham, MA. Revised: 5/10/2021. <br /> Signed by: Frank Joseph Gallagher, Professional Surveyor,No.:33959 <br /> 3. The site plan will be amended and must be submitted to this Board and the Building <br /> Inspector.That plan will clearly depict that the front yard setback will be 30.9/10ths <br /> back from Brown Terrace as the required setback is 40 ft. He said that peer review is done in the best interest for the Community, and has <br /> nothing to do with the abilities of the applicant and or the applicant's people that do the <br /> work. <br /> 6 <br />
