The newly staffed Town Engineer is well educated, energetic, ambitious and <br /> proficient to assist the Town of Mashpee in moving forward with the magnitude of the clean-water <br /> undertaking and other required duties. <br /> Update on Comcast Contract Renewal Negotiations: <br /> It was reported negotiations are proceeding. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Certification of Hiring Process: Firefighter/EMT -Devon Crowl: Fire Chief Thomas Rullo: <br /> Correspondence was received from Fire Chief Thomas C. Rullo dated May 28, 2021 regarding the hiring <br /> process and appointment of Devon Crowl as a Step 1 Firefighter/EMT effective June 14,2021. Town <br /> Manager Rodney C. Collins affirmed that all phases of the entry level selection process have been adhered <br /> to for this appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to certify the hiring process of Devon Crowl as Firefighter/EMT <br /> at Step 1 of the intended pay scale. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Opposed, none <br />
