The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. All <br /> attendees were invited to sign in if they wished to speak during the Public Comment period. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES —June 09, 2021 <br /> There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes as written for June 09, 2021. Mr. <br /> Callahan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED <br /> Applicant: Robert Allen and Michelle A. Wolpe <br /> Location: 80 & 84 Punkhorn Point Road <br /> Request: Propose to create and swap two parcels of land <br /> Proposal to create two lots to be annexed to each other. Number 84 has significant frontage and <br /> number 80 has frontage of 98 ft., less than the 150 ft requirement. The plan record says a <br /> subdivision plan was approved and endorsed by Planning Board previously under subdivision <br /> control law. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to endorse the ANR. Mr. Phelan seconded the motion.
