Continued from 5127, agent discovered <br /> violation <br /> Raul Lizardi from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent suggested we include using composite decking as a condition as well as some sort <br /> of shellfish mitigation. He read comments from Marine Fisheries. When the agent was on <br /> site he discovered a situation where there was clearing of vegetation. He spoke with the <br /> homeowner, and we'll go through an enforcement order with a condition that they shall not <br /> commence construction of the dock until such time that the enforcement order is satisfied. <br /> Ms. Zollo asked how many plantings are required with the enforcement order, Agent said <br /> we haven't looked at that yet, it's too early to tell. But they will look at native species and <br /> have enough to fill in the impacted/altered area <br /> Ms. Zollo asked if we can condition mitigation in plantings in addition to shellfish.
