This is the first meeting held in person since the <br /> pandemic. The meeting opened with a quorum and was called to order by Madam Chair <br /> Stevenson at 10:03AM. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Mr. Kupferman requested a change of date be noted for Race Amity Day. <br /> MOTION: With aforementioned edit, a motion was made by Mr. Kupferman to accept <br /> the meeting minutes for May 11, 2021. Seconded by Mr. Klein. All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> No comments currently <br /> MEMBER UPDATES: <br /> Postponed <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> MOTION: Mr. Klein would like to make a motion to put off the election until next year <br /> and keep chairmanship until next year, keeping Ms. Johnson-Graham as Vice Chair. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Kupferman. All in favor. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A motion was never made as a Committee to approve Race Amity Day. <br /> MOTION: A motion was made by Mr. Kupferman to approve Race Amity Day festival to <br /> be held on June 13, 2021 from I PM-3PM at the Community Park across from the Town <br /> Hall.
