The Pledge of <br /> Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINTUES—July 07, 2021 <br /> There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes for July 07, 2021. Seconded by Ms.Waygan. <br /> All in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Mashpee Commons Development Agreement— Proposed Community Activity Center Overlay <br /> District: Overview of Neighborhood Design, including proposed CAC setbacks and lot coverage <br /> dimensional requirements, and Discussion of Proposed CAC maximum densities and building <br /> height <br /> Ms. Cox introduced herself on behalf of Mashpee Commons, as well as Mr. Feronti and Mr. Kallfelz. <br /> She referenced the meeting from June 30t" about proposed subzones and uses, it was discussed that <br /> this evenings meeting would serve as an educational piece on the topic of densities and design <br /> principals as part of the proposed zoning. She is turning it over to M r. Kallfelz and M r. Feronti. Ms. Cox <br /> provided drafts of the regulating plan, table of contents for design guidelines, and additional larger scale <br /> details. It is their intention to present, take comments and questions, and then take a pause on this <br /> process. The Development Agreement process requires further review with CCC,then everyone can <br /> come back together before the Board and resume the proposed zoning. If further questions arise before <br /> com ing back together, M r. Lehrer can forward them over to her team. <br /> 1 <br />
