He explained that his goal as recommended by Finance Director Dawn Thayer was not to <br /> exceed $2.5 million dollars in CIP funding from the Capital Stabilization fund and further to use Mashpee <br /> Cable and Advanced Technology (MCAT) funds where appropriate. The Town Manager's recommended <br /> Capital Improvement Plan for fiscal year 2022 proposes to use $2,546,046 from the Capital Stabilization Fund <br /> and $80,000 from MCAT funds. Further, Mr. Collins stated that the DNR facility would be a separate article <br /> on the Special Town Meeting warrant so that the funds would be available before the end of fiscal year 2021 <br /> on June 30, 2021 and the purchase could move forward immediately after Town Meeting. <br />
