MINUTES: <br /> Meeting Minutes from July 23, 2021 presented for approval — only four members of <br /> Committee were present therefore they are the only four permitted to vote. Motion to <br /> approve by Jean Noussee; seconded by Marijo Gomey. <br /> Interviews taking place at 9:45A.M. and 10:OOA,M, respectively to fill vacant <br /> Committee seats. Resumes were circulated to Committee in advance. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMVIUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Lynne Waterman. Ms. Waterman reviewed the substantive <br /> content of her Report with the Committee. <br /> Jean Noussee motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Marijo Gorney; <br /> unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Lynne Waterman. <br /> Michael Murphy motioned to approve the Treasurer's Report; seconded by Jean <br /> Noussee; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (3) Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Lori Nelson.
