MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 <br /> Scott made a motion that the Board issue a one year extension of an approved Variance <br /> (V-2020-30) to Sharon Sangeleer of 10 Shorewood Drive under §174-33 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze and replace a single family structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning <br /> District, Map 58 Parcel 32, Mashpee, MA. (Note: A Special Permit (SP-2020-29) was <br /> issued for this project.), with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions for an <br /> extension of a Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Conditioned that there are no changes to the approved for site plan for 10 <br /> Shorewood Drive, Mashpee, MA. Prepared for Sharon Sangeleer, Prepared by <br /> Engineering Works, Inc., Surveyors: Warwick & Assoc., Inc., Scale: 1" = 20', <br /> Drawn by: PTM, Job No.: 104-20, Date: 5/11/20, Checked by: PTM, Sheet 2 of 2. <br /> ZBA Approved and stamped on 9/l/2020. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue a one (1) year extension of the Variance. <br /> 41 Mercantile Way: Petitioner, Capewide Construction, Inc. requests a Special Permit <br /> under §§174-24 (C), 174-25 G (4), (6), (14), and §174-41 (M) of the Zoning Bylaws to <br /> allow for construction of an eight (8) contractor bay warehouse on property located in an <br /> I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District,Map 88 Parcel 87,Mashpee,MA. (Owner <br /> of Record: Tuttle Joint Trust, Timothy E. and Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees). <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the Special Permit request to construct and to use an <br /> industrial building situated at 41 Mercantile Way. This project is not unlike many of the <br /> projects that have been approved by the Board and in fact Capewide has been the <br /> Contractor and in some cases the owner of similar projects that have been developed and <br /> approved by the Board. Also present was Joao Junqueira, Principal of Capewide <br /> Construction, and a representative with Down Cape Engineering who has prepared the <br /> engineering plan in connection with this project. <br /> 5 <br />
