MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 <br /> 14 Pine Avenue: Petitioner, Chris Childs,Patriot Builders requests a Special Permit under <br /> §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing non-conforming <br /> residential structure, (existing foundation to remain) on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 123 Parcel 40, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Christopher M. DeSantis <br /> and Laurie A. Stucchi). <br /> Sharon read a letter into the record from Chris Childs dated September 22, 2021 requesting <br /> a continuance until the October 13, 2021 hearings. <br /> Mr. Bonvie said as one member that he is faced with the same issues regarding the height <br /> of the proposed structure. He would recommend that the applicant meet with the Zoning <br /> Enforcement Officer, and if necessary, the Town Engineer. <br /> Scott made a motion that the Board accept the continuance for 14 Pine Avenue until <br /> October 13, 2021. Ms. Sangeleer seconded. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve Meeting Minutes dated September 8, 2021 <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. George seconded, all were in <br /> favor. <br /> George made a motion to adjourn. Sharon seconded. All were in favor to adjourn.
