HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Steven J. and Tricia I. Szymanski, 118 Wading Place Road. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of a single-family dwelling, septic system upgrade, and <br /> hardscape/landscape modifications. Continued from 7122 for Board of Health clarification. <br /> Tom Bunker from BSS Design presented plans. <br /> Agent read comments from DEP, Building Inspector, and Board of Health. Agent <br /> commented that the proposed work will not result in any encroachment closer to the <br /> resource areas. Agent clarified the performance standards for the delineated coastal <br /> banks. Both banks are manmade landforms and function as vertical buffers to storm <br /> damage. Project will not encroach any closer to the resource areas and thus meets the <br /> performance standards.
