The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> IT WAS MOVED by Melinda Baker to approve the minutes for May 11,2021. Noelle Pina <br /> seconded the motion. The minutes were approved by a unanimous vote. <br /> Approval of the minutes of March 2, 2021 and April 6, 2021 was deferred to the next meeting <br /> Communications and Correspondence <br /> The Chair announced that there would be a joint meeting of the Affordable Housing Committee <br /> ("Committee") and the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation("EDIC") Chaired by <br /> Selectman Sherman on June 22 at 6:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation <br /> by MassHousing on its Workforce Housing Initiative program. This program is an example of <br /> the financial resources that the Joint Committee would consider for a mixed income project at <br /> 108 Commercial Street. This will be an opportunity for the Committee members to ask <br /> questions about how the program works. <br /> The Chair also announced that there would be a meeting of the Mashpee Affordable Housing <br /> Trust("Trust") on June 28 at 6:00 p.m. The main agenda item concerns the funding request in <br /> the amount of$300,000 submitted by the Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. ("POAH") for <br /> the 950 Falmouth Road project. <br /> Old Business <br /> 950 Falmouth Road(the "Project'.
