MASHPEE ZONING BOARD APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Four Square Development LLC <br /> 31 Mercantile Way (Map 88 Parcel 88) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2019-35 <br /> Chairman Furbush wanted an indication of what types of businesses will be in the <br /> building. Attorney Kirrane said that the typical contractor bay uses, and he listed <br /> warehouses, storage, and typical carpentry, plumbing, etc. He stated that if there is any <br /> automotive type business they would be required to apply to the Board for that use. <br /> Chairman Furbush mentioned the bylaw for Special Permit use under Section C, <br /> Item 2. He wanted to confirm that there will be a fence enclosed dumpster on the lot. <br /> Scott Goldstein read the Board of Health, Conservation and DPW comments into <br /> the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 10, 2019, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Special Permit to Four Square Development LLC at 31 Mercantile Way under the Zoning <br /> Bylaws §§174-24 (C), 174-25 (G) (4) (6) (14), and §174-41 (M) to allow for construction <br /> of an industrial use(contractor bays)building in the I-1 Zoning District,Map 88 Parcel 88, <br /> Mashpee, MA,with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: 31 Mercantile Way, Mashpee, MA.
