Upon motion duly made and seconded at the <br />Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br />unanimously to issue a minor modification to an approved Special Permit (SP-2018-54) to <br />Cape Cod Dog Center 31 Evergreen Circle. In making the motion; <br />The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Minor <br />Modification to a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br />2.
