Upon motion duly made and <br />seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on <br />Wednesday, November 13, 2019, and determined that moving the egress stairs from the <br />East side of the house to the North side of the house was a minor modification, and does <br />not encroach on the setbacks. The Board issues this approval with the following conditions; <br />1.
