(16)for construction <br /> of a pool with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Proposed Pool Plot Plan: Prepared for: 61 Pleasant Park Drive, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Prepared for: William Drucker c/o Gerard Management Group, Inc. Conditioned upon the applicant seeking and obtaining an easement document <br /> agreement reducing the width from 20 ft. to 18 ft. in width. This reduction would <br /> then also allow the lot to become compliant with lot coverage, and host <br /> development such that the lot coverage will be equal to or less than 20% with the <br /> reduction from the 20 ft. width to 18 ft. width easement. The motion references a <br /> written document to be submitted at the time of the application to the Building <br /> Inspector and to this Board. <br /> 3 <br />
