REQUESTS FOR RELIEF <br /> WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests the following relief: <br /> 1. Declaratory judgment that Plaintiffs acquired title to the Buffer by adverse possession and <br /> may legally remove the chain-link fence erected by Defendants Steven Hynds and 11 <br /> Industrial Drive, LLC; <br /> 2. Annulment of the Decision of the Board; <br /> 3. Or in the alternative, modification of the Special Permit to impose a 50 ft. natural buffer, <br /> revegetation of the natural buffer, installation of a typical solid privacy fence in place of the <br /> chain link fence, reduced operating hours on Saturdays, and no operating hours on Sundays; <br /> 4.
