Morahan, Jr. and Nancy Morahan <br /> 62 Cayuga Avenue (Map 65 Parcel 10) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2020-36 <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The Board read the comments into the record submitted by the Board of Health Agent and <br /> the Conservation Department. <br /> The subject property located at 62 Cayuga Avenue is approximately 10,242 square feet. <br /> There were no abutter inquiries. <br /> WRITTEN FINDING CRITERIA: <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Written <br /> Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> September 23, 2020, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written <br /> Finding to James T. Morahan, Jr., and Nancy Morahan, of 62 Cayuga Avenue under §174- <br /> 17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a second story addition and deck on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 65 Parcel 10, Mashpee, MA; with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
