ACTION: Granted. 4. ZBL§174-23. The Applicant requests a waiver from the requirement that the Applicant post a performance bond for erosion and street right-of-way damages. ACTION: Granted, as there is no such existing street right of way along the Petitioner's frontage; however,the Petition shall repair any damage to the existing portion of Cooper Street (f/k/a Cross Street) and provide surety as provided for herein. 5.
