Gavin and Terese J. Gavin Bk.: #32708 <br /> 150 Pimlico Pond Road Pg.: #17 <br /> (Map 2 Parcel 136) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on October 8,2020 by Petitioner,Greg Clancy Construction requesting <br /> a Modification to an approved Special Permit (SP-2019-33) and allow for a master <br /> bedroom closet extension on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 150 Pimlico <br /> Pond Road, Map 2 Parcel 136, Mashpee, MA. (Owners of Record: John F. and Terese J. <br /> Gavin). <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 16, 2020 and October 23, 2020 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, <br /> November 18, 2020 as a remote/virtual meeting, at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, <br /> Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Norman J. Gould. <br /> Natalya Doherty, an Associate with Greg Clancy Construction represented the petition. <br /> The modification consists of a bedroom closet addition that will extend approximately 6 <br /> inches toward the side lot line. The Board determined that because of the odd shape of the <br /> lot,the Modification of the existing Special Permit was acceptable. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no abutter phone calls. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Modification to an approved Special Permit (SP-2019-33). Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 17, 2020. The Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Modification to Petitioner, Greg Clancy <br /> Construction to allow for a master bedroom closet extension on property located in an R-5 <br /> Zoning District, at 150 Pimlico Pond Road, Map 2 Parcel 136, Mashpee, MA. (Owners of <br /> Record: John F. and Terese J. Gavin), with the following conditions: <br /> 1 <br />
