The design plans were <br /> entitled "Utility Plan, 950 Falmouth Road, Conceptual Development, Mashpee, Massachusetts," <br /> dated April 2020, Scale: 1"-20' prepared for Preservation of Affordable Housing, Sheets WW-1 <br /> & 2. The septic system would service three proposed buildings with 39 dwelling units and <br /> containing 69 bedrooms, The total design flow for the project would be 7,590 gallons per day. <br /> No variances were proposed on the plans. <br /> You appeared at the virtual meeting to represent the project to the Board. At the meeting, the <br /> discussion covered the technical design and location of the proposed septic system that would <br /> serve the new residential buildings. <br /> After the discussion, the Board voted the following: <br /> 1. To require revised design plans that depict the details and specifications of the septic <br /> components, and general notes. The Health Agent shall review and approve the plans as <br /> part of the Zoning Board of Appeals submittal or the Building Permit package. <br /> 2. A generator shall be provided for backup power. <br /> 3, A four-inch diameter vent manifold shall be provided on the soil absorption system. <br /> 4.
