<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Petitioner, Rolland
<br />Zeleny under §174-17.1 to raze and replace a garage and residential camp structure with a
<br />new code compliant home and state of the art septic system on property located in an R3
<br />Zoning District, Map 119 Parcel 50, Mashpee, MA, (Owner of record: Dorothy G. Studley)
<br />with the following conditions;.
<br />
<br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br />Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
<br />
<br />2. Plot Plan: Prepared for Roland & Faith Zeleny, 50 Bayview Rd, Mashpee, MA.
<br />Building, Add Kayak Rack & Notes, Prepared by: Falmouth Engineering, Project
<br />No.: 20047, CAD File Name: 20047SP, Drawn by: L.M. Sheet 1 of 2. Signed by:

<br />under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-Laws to vary lot size
<br />requirements to allow for construction of a pool and porch on property located in an R-3
<br />Zoning District, Map 125 Parcel 120, Mashpee, MA. (Received a letter of withdrawal from
<br />the homeowners dated November 19, 2020).

<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the request of withdrawal from David and
<br />Danielle Ayotte of their Variance application dated November 19, 2020.

<br />Mr. Gould second, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr.
<br />Furbush, yes. All were in favor.
