MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 9, 2020 <br /> <br />The percent lot coverage was not found on the site plan. Mr. Goldstein determined that it <br />is well under the requirement. Attorney Kirrane will have that stated on the plan. <br /> <br />Jonathan polled the Board for their comments. No comments. <br /> <br />Sharon read the Board of Health, Conservation and the DPW comments into the record. <br /> <br />The Board had a discussion regarding the comments submitted by Board of Health and <br />DPW, and what was requested. <br /> <br />There were no phone calls from abutters, and no more comments from the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to John Weigel, IV and <br />Linda S. Smith, Trustees under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an <br />existing single family dwelling on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 20 <br />Parcel 28, Mashpee, MA. <br /> <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br />Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> <br />2.
