The Board issues a Variance for the following: Lot size requirement is 40,000 sq. <br /> ft. the lot size is 14,345 sq. ft., the amount of relief is 25,655 ft. The required front <br /> yard setback on the Halyard Lane side is 40 ft., the site plan depicts 35 ft., and the <br /> amount of relief is 35 ft. The required setback on Waterway is 40 ft. The site plan <br /> depicts 32.5 ft.,the relief is 7.5 ft. <br /> 5. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. Including but <br /> not limited to the Board of Health and Conservation comments. If any changes are <br /> made to the plans to satisfy either the Board of Health or the Conservation <br /> Commission, said changes and/or plans shall require the applicant to return to this <br /> Board for review and approval. <br /> 3 <br />
