Burke, Trustees <br /> 23 Monomoscoy Road West (Map 114 Parcel 8) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2021-12 <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT FINDINGS: <br /> • The project was approved by the Conservation Commission with conditions <br /> upon approval of a 10-A Float by the Mashpee Harbor Master. <br /> • The proposed project use will not affect public health and safety concerns. <br /> • The proposed use will not impact community facilities and traffic concerns. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> March 10, 2021 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit <br /> to Owners, Sean B. Burke and Katherine M. Burke, Trustees under §174-25 (H) (7) of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a stairs and platform for use in connection with <br /> a ramp and float complex on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,at 23 Monomoscoy <br /> Road West, Map 114 Parcel 8, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
