MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 10, 2021 <br /> <br />The Board reviewed the dimensions of the existing and proposed site plan. <br /> <br />The Board asked if the lot will have dry wells. Tom Bunker with BSS Design confirmed <br />that there are dry wells. He said that Conservation requires dry wells. <br /> <br />Mr. Gould read the Board of Health comments dated March 10, 2021 into the record. Mr. <br />Furbush read the Conservation Department comments dated March 4, 2021 into the record. <br /> <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, John and <br />Kathryn Thorndike under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing <br />three (3) bedroom non-conforming residential structure on property located in an R-3 <br />Zoning District, at 7 Chart Way, Map 106 Parcel 18, Mashpee, MA with the following <br />conditions; <br /> <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br />Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> <br />2.
