Brings <br /> 23 Jeep Place, (Map 118 Parcel 111) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2021-29 <br /> SPECIFIC FINDING CRITERIA: <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Written <br /> Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> April 28, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-1 to issue a Written Finding to <br /> Owners,Hans E. and Sarah J.Brings of 23 Jeep Place under§174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws, <br /> to allow for construction of a garage addition on property located in an R-3 Zoning District <br /> and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 118 Parcel 111, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan —Prepared for: Hans & Sarah J. Brings, 23 Jeep Place, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sheet 1 of 1, Scale: 1" = 10', Date: March 5, 2021, Drawn by: JVB, Checked by: <br /> MC, Prepared by: Cape & Islands Engineering, Drawing Title: Proposed Garage <br /> Plan. <br /> 3. Garage Drawings: First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 5.
