MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 13, 2021 <br />Mr. Goldstein, seconded, yes, <br />Mr. Gould, yes, <br />Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br />Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br />Mr. Reidy, yes <br />Mr. Blaisdell, yes <br />75 Sunset Circle: Owners, Louis and Maria M. Pinheiro request a Variance from the front <br />and side yard setbacks under § 174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a <br />22 ft. by 25 ft. attached garage on property located in an R5 Zoning District, Map 64 Parcel <br />8, Mashpee, MA. (Attorney requests a continuance until the hearings dated Wednesday, <br />October 27, 2021). <br />Sharon read a letter dated October 13, 2021 from Attorney Kirrane requesting a <br />continuance for the Variance petition to be heard at the same time as the Written Finding <br />petition on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. <br />Ron made a motion that the Board accept the continuance request. Scott seconded. All were <br />in favor. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Approve September 22, 2021 Meeting Minutes. <br />Sharon moved to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor. <br />Board to vote Brad Pittsley to become an Associate Member. <br />Sharon read Brad's letter of interest into the record. Ron made a motion that the Board <br />recommend Brad as a member of the Zoning Board. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in <br />favor. <br />Board to vote Robert Caggiano to become an Associate Member. <br />Sharon read Robert's letter of interest into the record. Charlie made a motion that the <br />Board recommend Robert as a member of the Zoning Board. Mr. Ganzenmuller <br />seconded. All were in favor. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />Sharon read a letter into the record addressed to the Board dated October 6, 2021 from Beth <br />Wade, Director of Land Acquisition & Project Development regarding the 40B <br />Comprehensive Permit CP-2019-29 for 4 & 8 Mendes Way. The project is now complete <br />and the Certificates of Occupancies were issued. Beth is requesting that the Board release <br />any remaining security for these properties. <br />5 <br />
