MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 13, 2021 Mr. Goldstein, seconded, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, yes, Mr. Reidy, yes Mr. Blaisdell, yes 75 Sunset Circle: Owners, Louis and Maria M. Pinheiro request a Variance from the front and side yard setbacks under § 174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 22 ft. by 25 ft. attached garage on property located in an R5 Zoning District, Map 64 Parcel 8, Mashpee, MA. (Attorney requests a continuance until the hearings dated Wednesday, October 27, 2021). Sharon read a letter dated October 13, 2021 from Attorney Kirrane requesting a continuance for the Variance petition to be heard at the same time as the Written Finding petition on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Ron made a motion that the Board accept the continuance request. Scott seconded. All were in favor. OTHER BUSINESS Approve September 22, 2021 Meeting Minutes. Sharon moved to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor. Board to vote Brad Pittsley to become an Associate Member. Sharon read Brad's letter of interest into the record. Ron made a motion that the Board recommend Brad as a member of the Zoning Board. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor. Board to vote Robert Caggiano to become an Associate Member. Sharon read Robert's letter of interest into the record. Charlie made a motion that the Board recommend Robert as a member of the Zoning Board. Mr. Ganzenmuller seconded. All were in favor. ADDITIONAL TOPICS Sharon read a letter into the record addressed to the Board dated October 6, 2021 from Beth Wade, Director of Land Acquisition & Project Development regarding the 40B Comprehensive Permit CP-2019-29 for 4 & 8 Mendes Way. The project is now complete and the Certificates of Occupancies were issued. Beth is requesting that the Board release any remaining security for these properties. 5
