MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 13, 2021 <br />Mr. Bonvie wanted to make sure that the Building Department was satisfied with all the <br />final requirements to the properties. <br />Dave Morris said that he issued the Certificates of Occupancies and was completely <br />satisfied with the final inspections. <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the fact that the Zoning Enforcement <br />Officer has visited and inspected the two properties 4 & 8 Mendes Way, and are complete <br />and in full compliance of the plans that were submitted to the Board, and that the Board <br />release the Subdivision Performance Bond #107042281. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in <br />favor. <br />Acting Chairman, William A. Blaisdell submitted a notarized letter dated October 13, 2021 <br />addressed to Beth Wade to formally release any remaining security of the properties on <br />Mendes Way. <br />Mr. Ganzenmuller made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Reidy seconded. All were in favor.
