MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 12, 2021 <br /> Ron mentioned that there are certain projects in areas that a house is being built, and there <br /> are water issues that could require peer review. But there could be a larger building in an <br /> area that there are no drainage issues that would not require peer review. He believes it's a <br /> case by case basis. <br /> Ron suggested that the Board seek three or so consultants for peer review.This will require <br /> additional time. But to start, the motions could be to capture the process discussed earlier. <br /> Scott said that the engineers are already controlling the water front properties by providing <br /> the dry wells on the plans. Conservation requires that. <br /> Evan said that he will mention his recommendations at the next Plan Review meeting. But <br /> is noted that it's only a recommendation but only the ZBA can agree how to proceed. <br /> Dave said that he agrees with Evan's recommendations. <br /> Mr. Forbush thanked Evan for joining the meeting, and welcomes any guidelines from the <br /> Board to discuss at the next meeting to move this process forward. <br /> -Approve April 28,2021 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. George seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> George made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
