MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> July 28, 2021 <br /> Chairman Furbush confirmed the size of the lot being 42,685 sq. ft., and that no living <br /> space or heat will be installed in the garage. <br /> Dave wanted to confirm where the driveway access would be situated. The plan depicted <br /> the front of the garage facing the stone driveway, and the garage doors facing the house. <br /> He made a suggestion that the shed could be removed, and the garage could be situated <br /> closer to the house. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that the applicant may want to confirm with the Board of Health if <br /> it is safe to drive over the leach field. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record that"The addition of the garage <br /> to the property requires a septic inspection to be performed prior to building permit sign- <br /> off by Board of Health." She read the Conservation Department comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Variance to Sharon M. Fenton and Barry <br /> W. Fenton, Trustees of 32 Jehu Pond Road for the front yard setback under §174-31 of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a free standing garage on property located in <br /> an R-3 Zoning District,Map 121 Parcel 3, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Prepared for Barry W. & Sharon M.
