<br /> Chairman Bonvie polled the Board for comments. There were no issues.
<br /> Town Engineer, Chris Gallagher reviewed the drainage and storm water calculations and
<br /> were acceptable for the project.
<br /> Building Commissioner, Dave Morris had no issues.
<br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS
<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special
<br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday,
<br /> September 22, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special
<br /> Permit for 41 Mercantile Way, Petitioner, Capewide Construction, Inc., under §§174-24
<br /> (C), 174-25 G (4), (6), (14), and §174-41 (M) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for
<br /> construction of an eight (8) contractor bay warehouse on property located in an I-1 and
<br /> Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District, Map 88 Parcel 87, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of
<br /> Record: Tuttle Joint Trust,Timothy E. and Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees),with the following
<br /> conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
