Sangeleer Doc.: 1407116 <br /> 10 Shorewood Drive Parent Doc.: 1336675 <br /> (Map 58 Parcel 32) Ct£: 214949 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 17,2021 by Owner, Sharon Sangeleer requesting a one year <br /> extension of an approved Variance (V-2020-30) under §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to <br /> raze and replace a single family structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at <br /> 10 Shorewood Drive, Map 58 Parcel 32, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter <br /> 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 27, 2021 and September 3, 2021 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, <br /> September 22, 2021 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout; Acting Chairman, Ron Bonvie, Board Member, Scott <br /> Goldstein, and Associate Members George Ganzenmuller and Charles Reidy. <br /> Lexie Sangeleer represented the applicant's request for a one year extension of the issued <br /> Variance back in July 2020. The homeowners felt they had a justifiable hardship because <br /> the original Variance was issued during the pandemic, and they discovered that lumber <br /> prices were inflated and were also in short supply. <br /> Acting Chairman, Ron Bonvie polled the Board. There were no issues. There were no <br /> issues from the Building Commissioner or Town Engineer. <br /> The Board read the Conservation Department and Board of Health Department comments <br /> into the record.
