Open Meeting and roll call <br /> Chainnan Riley called the meeting to order at 1:1 Opm. <br /> Present:Dan Riley,Andrew Eliason,Jennifer McLarnon,Christopher Nelson <br /> Chris Ball,and Wayne Taylor were also present. <br /> 2. Minutes: <br /> a. Approve March 30,2021 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Motion made by Mr.Eliason to approve the 3/30/21 minutes. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr.Nelson. <br /> Vote:4-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr.Eliason,yes <br /> Mr.Nelson,yes <br /> Ms.McLarnon,yes <br /> Mr.Riley,yes <br /> In favor,4;Opposed,0;Abstentions,0 <br /> 3. Comments from Town Manager's Office,concerning Comcast negotiations. <br /> Wayne Taylor said he has not heard back from Comcast yet after reaching out to them <br /> last Friday to find out when we can expect negotiations to open up. As soon we hear <br /> back we'll relay that inforination. <br /> He spoke about the situation with fiber optics and the sewer treatment plant and those <br /> negotiations.That portion had been taken away from the project,so in order to get the <br /> fiber in there,we'd be cutting just for that and not be able to fill in the pipes as well as the <br /> fiber. It should have been communicated better.An opportunity with the Board of <br /> Selectmen to be heard and bring forward your thoughts on why it's a necessity is a good <br />
