He also agrees to a subsequent site <br />visit. One recommendation is that there is a mix of vegetative strata, a minimum of 5 tree <br />species. The only other issue is that plan calls for landscaping around the house, 925 <br />square feet, the OOC prohibits lawn within 50ft, plans need to be changed to reflect that. <br />No other comments. Mr. Dalton asked if the fence on the coastal bank is to be removed, <br />Bob Gray said yes. Bob Gray did ask for some fluidity with the timeline as far as plantings <br />go, they aren't sure the plants will be available when the time comes.
