Also present was Jon <br /> Hagenstein, who owns the property adjacent to the submit lot at 37 Bowdoin <br /> Rd. The subject property is approximately 45,000 sq. ft. in the industrial <br /> district at the end of Bowdoin Rd. The site has been developed with a cell <br /> tower, and two out buildings. The site is mainly a contractor's yard for <br /> storage of marine floats, ramps, and material. The work includes to regrade <br /> the site dropping the North side elevation around 2-3 ft., grade the whole <br /> site toward the site to locate a drainage basin. The site will have crushed <br /> stone. The site will have a shared driveway. There is no proposal to <br /> construct a building. <br /> Jon wanted to know if there will be a separate access to the cell tower. Jon <br /> asked if the tower company was leasing the property. Mr. Hagenstein said <br /> that the tower company has an access easement located on the south side. <br /> He is under contract to buy the property. <br /> Dave asked for the history of the company. Mr. Hagenstein owns Beacon <br /> Marine Construction at 37 Bowdoin Rd. They build marine infrastructure. <br /> The usage for the site will be a storage yard for construction projects that <br /> are off-site. The materials consist of wood, sheathing, steel that are <br /> delivered to the yard for storage. They also have heavy machinery such as <br /> excavators, trucks and cranes. They provide a service for storage of floats <br /> and docks during the winter. <br /> Joe spoke with Catherine, the DPW Director and mentioned that there's an <br /> issue with parking on the road. <br /> Mr. Hagenstein said that the property will accommodate parking of their <br /> vehicles. Raul explained the proposed drainage area that will accommodate <br /> any water runoff. <br /> 2 <br />
