Discuss strategy with respect to negotiation of Personal Service Contracts for <br /> Town Manager Rodney C. Collins,Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor and Police <br /> Chief Scott Carline. <br /> 2. Discuss strategy regarding pending litigation with Conservation Law Foundation <br /> The Board will reconvene in Open Session. <br /> Chairman Carol A.
