Weeden <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Sherman at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Convene Joint Meeting with the Affordable Housing Trust and Economic Development&Industrial Corporation <br /> EDIC <br /> Members in attendance include; <br /> AHT: <br /> Mashpee Select Board members and; <br /> Mike Richardson—Finance Committee <br /> Allan Isbitz—Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Glen Thompson-EDIC <br /> EDIC: <br /> Pamela McCarthy—Member-at-Large <br /> Glen Thompson—Finance <br /> Robyn Simmons—Low-Income <br /> Carol Sherman—Municipal Government <br /> Glenn Thompson—Commercial <br /> Denise Dutson—Real Estate <br /> Discussion and Approval of EDIC Site Feasibility Study at 108 Commercial Street for Affordable/Workforce <br /> Housing: <br /> Members of the Affordable Housing Trust(AHT) and Economic Development&Industrial Corporation <br /> (EDIC) were in attendance to voice support towards efforts to procure engineering services to develop a <br /> comprehensive feasibility study of 108 Commercial Street,Mashpee for the purpose of workforce <br /> housing and compatible commercial uses. <br /> Evan Lehrer,the Town Planner presented the request to the Select Board which included a draft RFQ for the <br /> procurement of services as outlined in his memorandum of November 9, 2021. <br /> Affordable Housing Trust member Allan Isbitz indicated this is an excellent opportunity and it is the first step <br /> in the process to study possible options for the development of affordable/workforce housing. It was disclosed <br /> the EDIC has agreed the fund the feasibility study. <br />
