<br /> Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to meet at
<br /> the riashpee Riddle School-on Monday, the thirty-first day of August
<br /> 1987, at 7.30 p.m..far the following purpose:

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter
<br /> 40, Section 39R and to establish a so-called "Enterprise Fund" under
<br /> control of the water Commission, or take any other action relating
<br /> thereto.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of
<br /> money to the Water Commission Wages Account and a sum of money to the
<br /> Water Commission Expense Account and to offset said appropriations
<br /> with receipts from sale of water, systems development charges, and
<br /> other fees in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 53E, or take
<br /> any other action relating thereto.

<br /> priate and transfer from available funds $10,000 to the Water Commis-

<br /> lations of the Water Commission dated June 11, 1907 on file with the

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate'and transfer from
<br /> available funds a sum of money to.fund a contract between the Town and
<br /> nashpee Permanent Firefighters Association, Local 2519, for the period
<br /> beginning July 1, 1987.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to rescind approval of $14,818
<br /> appropriated at the 1907 Annual Town Meeting to provide the salary of
<br /> an outreach worker at the Council on Aging and in its place the Town
<br /> vote to raise and apropriate $316 to the Outreach Worker Salary
<br /> Account; and further, that the Town rescind approval of $225,800
<br /> appropriated at the 1987 annual Town Meeting to the Department of
<br /> Public Marks Worker Salary Account and in its piace,.the Town vote to
<br /> raise and appropriate $223,561, or any other sum, to the DPW worker
<br /> Salary Account. or take any other action relating thereto.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of
<br /> .selectmen to acquire by eminent domain or purchase.or gift an easement
<br /> within the Sriarwood/Otis Trailer park Area-Phase 1, said streets
<br /> being more particularly shown on a plan entitled "Plan Showing Takings
<br /> for Utility Easements, mashpee, MA," a copy of which is on file in the
<br /> office of the Town Clerk.

<br /> 'amending the zoning map by changing the zoning of those parcels, or
<br /> portions thereof, shown on the 1987 Assessors' flaps as trap 54,
<br /> Plot 5, map 55, Plots 16-and 17, Hap 62, Plots 79 and 80 and flap 63,
<br /> plots 9 and 25 from R-3 to i-1 industrial, all as shown on map
<br /> entitled "Proposed Bowdoin Road Rezoning for Action-at August 31, 1987
<br /> Special Town Meeting" which is one file in the office of the Town
<br /> clerk, or take any other action thereon.
