The Finance Committee recommends this Article up to a maximum of $100,000o This expenditure- was recognized to this legal when this fiscal year 's stabilization Fund -was reviewed. The roof of the 1960 addition to 'the Davis School (Town Hall) leaks in a number of locations but particularly. in the offices of the Inspec- tions Department and Treasurers-Tax Collector . The extent of leaks has rendered portions of roams unusable during and after rainstor s and has left some lighting ' fixtures unusable.. Bids have been solicited from construction firms based upon specifications of the architect hired by the Selectmen. These bids will be opened prior to the Special Town Meeting. Funds for this project were transferred to the stabilization Fund at the Annual Town meeting for this purpose as well as for Articles 2, 3 , and 4. This was part of the F88 Capital Improvement Program.
