WITH 155 REGISTERED VOTERS <br /> BARD STAB F 1 • :Quorum 1 4 • # 0 0 • # # 0 # • • <br /> To the constables of the 'down of Mashpee: <br /> You are hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the <br /> Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to meet at <br /> the Mashpee Middle- School on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July <br /> 1987, at 7 : 30 p. . for the following purpose: <br /> To act on the Articles contained in the following warrant : <br /> Article 1 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the <br /> stabilization Fund a sum of _money to rehabilitate the Town Hall roof, <br /> Motion to + o .ia -'emd transfer $60,o o. . . .unanimous vote. , , ,7*42 P.M. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends this Article up to a maximum of <br /> $100,000o This expenditure- was recognized to this legal when this <br /> fiscal year 's stabilization Fund -was reviewed. <br /> The roof of the 1960 addition to 'the Davis School (Town Hall) leaks in <br /> a number of locations but particularly. in the offices of the Inspec- <br /> tions Department and Treasurers-Tax Collector . The extent of leaks <br /> has rendered portions of roams unusable during and after rainstor s <br /> and has left some lighting ' fixtures unusable.. Bids have been <br /> solicited from construction firms based upon specifications of the <br /> architect hired by the Selectmen. These bids will be opened prior to <br /> the Special Town Meeting. Funds for this project were transferred to <br /> the stabilization Fund at the Annual Town meeting for this purpose as <br /> well as for Articles 2, 3 , and 4.
