(as they appear on I've r recent applicable � . -{.._ .w.._. ..,_ <br /> ent list) within �J feet of thatportion 1.he str uctur <br /> or site which is the subject of the Plan Review. <br /> (b) The Building inspector shall forthwith tran t copies of <br /> such application, plans and documentation to the Health <br /> Agent, Town Planner, conservation Officer, Fire Chief, <br /> Police Ch i of and Director of Public forks and shall secure <br /> a receipt i or each indicating he date on which said items <br /> were received. <br /> (c) fourteen 1 days of receiving ng such applications, Y <br /> yp 1 on fr the inspectors - <br /> Health Agent, Town Planner, conservation Officer, Fire. <br /> ch i of, 'Po l i ce chief and Director of Public Works, or their <br /> appointee, shall review said plans to determine whether they <br /> are consistent with applicable State and Town regulations, <br /> by-laws and plans and will not adversely affect public <br /> health or safety, will not significantly decrease surface o <br /> ground water quality or air quality, will not have <br /> significant adverse impact on wildlife habitat, estuarine <br /> systems, traffic flow, traffic safety, waterways, fisheries, <br /> public lands or neighboring properties and will not destroy <br /> or disrupt any species listed as rare, endangered or threat- <br /> ened by the Massachusetts Natural Heritage Program or any <br /> known historic r archaeologic site, A determination shall <br /> be made by each of the above officers regarding those items <br /> related to their field of expertise and they shall submit a <br /> recommendation based on those items to the Building Inspect- <br /> or that the application ray -be approved, that the applica- <br /> tion may be approved subject to certain specified conditions <br /> or changes, that the application should be denied for cer- <br /> tain specified reasons, or that additional specific infora- <br /> tion is required. Failure to submit each recommendation to <br /> the Building Inspector within fourteen 1 days of recei - <br /> ing an application, puns or documentation from the Building <br /> Inspector shall be deemed to be a recommendation that the <br /> application may be approved with no conditions or changes. <br /> (d) Where it is determined that additional specific information <br /> is required, the Building Inspector shall forthwith notify <br /> the applicant that said information is required. The <br /> applicant shall submit such information to the Building <br /> Inspector who shall transmit it to the appropriate <br /> official (s) and again secure a dated receipt. Within <br /> fourteen 1 days of such receipt, said official (s) shall <br /> again transmit their recommendation to the Building i n spectra <br /> or or be deemed to have recommended approval of the applica- <br /> tion with no conditions or changes. The applicant is en� <br /> coura ed to confer directly with any of the above agencies <br /> requiring additional information to ensure the sufficiency <br />
