The. <br /> primary change 's replacement of the words I'mobi l home" throughout the <br /> by-law with the words "manufactured home". <br /> Article 13: <br /> To See if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Laws by adding the <br /> following new Section . . <br /> 116.5 WATER QUALITY REPORT <br /> . .l As a pant of any application for approval of a Definitive Sub- <br /> division Plan (excluding plans which would divide any parcel w <br /> shown on the 1985 lashpee Assessors' Maps- into 5 or fewer lots y <br /> or where proposed -density_.of re•sddential development-Mould- b <br /> less than one unit per two acres) or of a Special Permit requir- <br /> ing approval by the Planning Board, the applicant shall submit { <br /> ten o copies of a Water Quality Report regarding thQ proposed <br /> development. Said report shall be completed by a qualified <br /> i rin, experienced in groundwater and surface water quality <br /> evaluation and in determining the impacts of land uses on <br /> receiving waters. one copy of the Report shall be transmitted <br /> for review and comment to the Board of Health. <br /> . .2 The Water Quality Report shall contain, at a minimum,, the <br /> following information <br /> (a) Whether or not the development lies withion a Groundwater* <br /> Protection District see Section 1 , within the- defined or <br /> likely "Zone H" recharge area of an existing or proposed <br /> public water supply well , within Ego feet of the Santuit, <br /> lashpee, Quashnet or Childs Rivers, Quaker Run south of <br /> Route 28, Red Brook, or any pond, bay or other surface <br /> water body and any adjacent wetlands,, or within the ground- <br /> water recharge zone of any great pond or bay. With regard <br /> to the groundwater recharge zones of Santuit Pond, lashpee- <br /> akeby Pond, Johns Pond and Moody Pond, Jehu Pond and <br /> Hamblin Pond/Red Brook, reference shall be made to naps <br /> produced by K-V Associates of Falmcuth, mass. which are on <br /> file in the office of the Town Planner, For other great <br /> ponds or hays a map of the groundwater recharge zone shall <br /> be produced as part of the Water Quality Report. <br />* (b) Whether or not the development will produce any hazardous <br /> or toxic materials or if such materials will be stored o <br /> the site, if so, the Report shal l specify how such <br /> materials are proposed to be handled, stored or disposed, <br /> and a- determination of whether or not such materials w.l-1 <br /> have any impact on public health or safety. <br /> � _ <br />
