FOL961 ORDER J JOINT OR IDENTICAL �POL� LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen af the Town of kAsbpeep Massachusetts, Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, rY IT IS HBREBY ORDERED that the NEW ENGLAND TBLEPHONB AND TBLEGRPH COMPANY and CAPE & VEMA.1,401i SUOTRIC - -MN be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting futures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested petition of said Companies dated the 4th day of September ig 63. AU constmetion under this order sha11 be in accordance with the following conditions Poles shall be of stand timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. B. T. & T. Co., No. Nm188 Dated September 4,p 1963_..r. ffled with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to end 40' wires and 4 cables, and by Wid CAPE & M ]RD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires,, cables and fixtures all of said ' wires and cables be plated at a height of not less tbnn18 feet from the growd at highway crossings, and not leas than16 feet brom the gerund ebewhere.
